At Dimax, we provide an emergency service hotline to all of our service customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our call response time is quick as we have the capability with most customers to remotely access their buildings to help manage environments as well as risk associated with facility issues. We take pride in delivering customer satisfaction based on an escalation and virtual follow-up technology with which to track calls and measure close-out times. By utilizing call, dispatch and web-based communications, we have become proficient at ensuring that call response times are managed to meet customer needs. Our automated method of tracking and reporting allows us to review our performance with our customers and demonstrate our value for their operational success.
