GI-Series
The Dimax System can accommodate up to 30 Dimax Generic Interface
units, configured on an RS485 subnetwork, managed by one MLC-32
module. It comes in 3 different point counts, the GI-8, GI-20
and GI-56.
GI-56
The GI-56 controller unit provides the point of physical connection
for 56 field sensors, actuators, and controllers. The points
available comprise: 32 universal points, 16 relay outputs (Form
'C") and 8 dedicated digital or frequency inputs
(dry or wet).
GI-20
The GI-20 controller unit represents the point of physical
connection for 20 field sensors, actuators, and controllers.
The points available comprise: 8 universal points, 4 relay
output points (expandable to 16) and 8 dedicated digital or
frequency inputs (dry or wet).
GI-8
The GI-8 controller represents the point of physical connection
for 8 field sensors, transmitters or actuators. The GI-8 comprises
8 universal points and it can accommodate the addition of 8
relay outputs. The GI-8 is fully programmable and can operate
as a unitary controller for terminal systems such as VAV, heat
pump and fan coil systems.
