Utilizing our proprietary, non-intrusive "plug 'n play" technology, our solution is compatible with almost any existing building system and individual piece of equipment. We can access data through the majority of building automation systems or directly from "smart," stand-alone controllers (e.g., thermostats, etc.), prime movers (e.g., chillers, boilers, heat-pumps, etc.) and meters, and/or other equipment (e.g., air handling units, variable speed drives, etc.) Our solution is not geographically dependent as we make effective use of the Internet to remotely monitor equipment performance anywhere in the world.

While our services suit all building sizes, we find that we frequently provide the greatest effect on small to medium-sized facilities where many performance solutions are not cost effective and on-site operational expertise is limited due to cost.
