Monitoring Services

In the past, monitoring services conjured up an image of a 24/7 facility with a multiplicity of alarm screens monitored by round-the-clock staff. More often than not, such services depended upon direct contact with facility personnel capable of interpreting the particular alarm cal from the monitoring service agency. These days are gone.

Dimax can provide various levels of alarm monitoring, varying from as simple as alarm message dial-out to an appropriate pager, to as sophisticated as detailed qualified building data delivery to Dimax technicians, with documented stand-down actions and automated escalation procedures. For the latter level of service, we use our IDIMAX technology combined with web access through the Dimax NetConnect Java-based gateway and utility monitoring through EnergyTrakker. Whether a facility is next door or on the other side of the World, Dimax has the technology to link any intelligent system into our web-based data center so that both our support technicians and our customers have immediate 24/7 access to facility information by simply using a standard web browser or automatically “on-the-fly” through the use of portable web devices. We can provide virtual live monitoring continuously, anywhere in the world.
