Vice President – General Manager of Operations

As V.P. General Manager, Terry is responsible for Dimax’s service, installation & operations business.

Terry comes to Dimax from a 17-year career in both the industrial & commercial client service business as it relates to information technology application and national operations deployment. In his most previous role, he developed a 13-year career with a Fortune 100 facility services company, where he held the position of Client Services Manager for the Eastern Canada Area, leading its Operations and Maintenance service portfolio. Prior to his latest achievements, he was equally successful as an Engineering Manager for a consulting firm, Production Designer in manufacturing, Service Operations Manager in facilities, Branch Manager in controls & automation, Installation Project Manager and Application Engineer/Systems Designer. He, also acted as President for a co-owned venture that operated in the late 80’s specializing in engineering solutions and IT support for PLC & mining applications throughout Canada.

Terry graduated from Cambrian College in engineering as design draftsman and continued engineering studies at both Canadian and U.S. institutions as it related to career development and expertise.

Terry has been recognized in the industry globally, for his performance contribution as it relates to superior customer delivery and financial results.
