Victoria Elbaz
V.P and C.O.O.

Victoria Elbaz is responsible for business operations and finance at Dimax. In this capacity, she directly supervises engineering and is responsible for human resources, strategic planning and corporate policy and procedure. She also holds the office of Corporate Secretary. She joined Dimax in 1996 as a technical writer, progressed to the role of Engineering Coordinator, and then moved to her current role in operations.

Prior to joining Dimax in 1996, Victoria worked with Procter and Gamble in the UK for 2 years on a co-operative Master's research project on management training.

Victoria holds a BSc(hons) in Psychology and an MPhil for her research from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. She also has an MBA from York University, Toronto, Canada.
